The latest new product from manufacturer Paclite is the ECO PL2000 LED V6 lighting tower for construction, industrial and event applications.

The company said the new model boasted four 450W LED lamps and could run for 250 hours continually on one fuel tank. It is powered by a 7hp (5.2kW) Hatz engine and has an hydraulic mast that can extend up to 8m.

General manager Kent Gorsun said a key feature was the lighting tower’s low tow weight. “The ECO PL2000 LED V6 weights under 750kg, so operators just need a normal drivers’ license to tow it. It took us two years to develop this product and we are very proud of it – making it ideal for all customer types, and well-suited to rental company fleets.”

Mr Gorsun also said the company was expanding its dealership reach in Germany, Scandinavia and France as well as further afield in Africa and the Middle East.
