Result Group recruits rental professional

Former rental company executive Nick McDowell has joined rental software company Result Group as sales manager for its Express product.
Mr McDowell joins Result from Max Equipment Rental in San Diego, California, where he was instrumental in the company's entry into the Mexican market. Before joining Max he worked with Terex Corp in Europe, Latin America and North America.
Result said, "[Mr McDowell] has a deep understanding of the issues that make rental such a unique business model and which in turn make it necessary for the software a company chooses to be designed specifically for rental."
Result Group, which has been selling specialist software to rental companies since 1994, said Mr McDowell will split his time between Europe and North America.
