Small Fleet Management

On the final Saturday of the show, there is a free seminar targeted at small fleet owners. Conexpo says the seminar will demonstrate “how to save 2%-5% in your fleet maintenance budget annually.”

The session, which is presented by John Dolce, a consultant with over 30 years experience with both public and private sector fleet operations, will offer practical and logical solutions to the problems of fleet maintenance, including:

• Productivity

• Work Scheduling

• Monitoring Usage and Cost in an Applications Specific Environment

Mr Dolce will give “an outline and sequence of the areas the manager can measure, watch and generally pay attention to in his quest for efficient control of the small fleet maintenance operation.”
