Mumbai, India-headquartered logistics specialist Express Global Logistics transported a 38-metre long Amine gas treatment regenerator approximately 1500 kilometres from north west India to south east India. The journey took 30 days. To move the equipment a 14-axle trailer with a 10 metre spacer in the middle was used. A detailed route survey was carried out prior to the transport job and challenges included rough terrain, steep gradients, tight turns and obtaining multiple permissions. The transport also took place over a period of national lockdown in India, adding to the challenges.
