On November 1, 2021, WrightPlan Incorporated will launch its new field solutions software with an easy-to-use mobile app for Android and iOS users. This app allows employees to log timesheets quickly, view job details, upload attachments and access and fill out critical documentation (checklists, pre-task planning, etc.)

“By watching 12 one-minute videos, users can learn how the app works. It’s easy and intuitive,” said Gord Turner, product manager, WrightPlan.

With the software, field workers can easily view job scope, lift plans and drawings. Users can also link to maps and directions while logging time and completing forms and uploading attachments in real-time. Designated workers such as foreman can be set to approve timesheets in the field catching errors before they get back to payroll, the company said.

“The field solutions app has helped save our company time by taking  two days out of our invoicing process,” said Erik Zander, COO, Omega Morgan. The app eliminates scanning, faxing, texting and manually inputting information. Information comes in real time and is instantly distributed to those who need it.”

Customers can review and sign off on work performed and receive a copy right from the app. Field Solutions automatically submits all documents and forms to the host site, eliminating idle time for both the business and the customer.
