Wynnchurch Capital Acquires Texas Hydraulics

Wynnchurch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Texas Hydraulics from Dover Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Temple, Texas-based Texas Hydraulics was founded in 1968 and manufactures engineered, custom-designed hydraulic cylinders, swivels and related components for mobile equipment applications. It was acquired by Dover in 1988. According to Texas Hydraulics, the company employs 400 people and has more than 225,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing space in Texas.
