The tenth World Demolition Summit (WDS) will be held in Dublin, Ireland on 7-8 November this year. It will be the first time the Summit has been held in Ireland and follows the successful event in London last November.

Aviva Stadium has world-class conference facilities

The venue will be the Aviva Stadium (formerly the Lansdowne Road Stadium). It is home to both the Irish rugby union and football teams.

The Aviva includes world class conference facilities and is close to Dublin city centre. Delegates will be able to stay in hotels very near to the venue, with special delegate rates negotiated at the Ballsbridge Hotel, which is less than 10 minutes’ walk or five minute taxi ride to the stadium.

The choice of Dublin follows a survey of delegates at the 2017 Summit, with Dublin coming out as one of the top preferred locations.

The format will be similar to previous years, with a networking evening reception on Wednesday 7 November followed by the full-day conference and awards dinner on Thursday 8 November.
