A first impression that lasted for Alex

Magni UK and Ireland business manager Alex White almost knew 10 years ago that he would one day represent the Italian telehandler specialist in the British Isles.

Mr White, who has 20 years experience of management roles, heads up the recently formed Magni Industries UK operation. He called it “an easy decision to make” and recalled one meeting with founder Riccardo Magni in particular.

“I met Riccardo Magni once before, 10 years ago on a factory visit to Italy,” he said.

“It was a visit that has always stuck in my mind. The attention to detail that Riccardo showed was infectious and the expertise of chief designer Daniele Felicani showed me what forward thinking individuals dream of.”

Riccardo Magni added: “We are proud of this agreement, as it will help us commercialise our products in the UK market, which is one of the most important on the world stage.

“The new company will give us the possibility of reaching all kinds of customers, including the big rental fleets.”

Magni Industries UK will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Plantworx exhibition from 2 to 4 June. Its products include the RTH 5.35 rotating telehandler, which has a reach of 35 metres.
