777 Demolition's new Hitachi EX1200 Kocurek-modified high reach demolition rig is probably one of the largest, if not the largest, in the UK, with a pin height of 60 m (200 ft) when carrying its special 10 m (32.8 ft) dipper extension at the end of its 50 m (164 ft) three stage telescopic boom. In full rig, the machine now weighs in at around 200 tonnes (up from its original 120 tonnes) and also now sports a lengthened and hydraulically extending undercarriage to provide a 6.2 m (20.4 ft) wide stable working platform.

A Kocurek-designed modular joint allows quick changes from a standard boom to the high reach. In standard mode with a straight boom, the machine can carry a 13 tonne attachment. At full 60 m reach, a tool of 2 tonnes can be carried.

The new machine is 777 Demolition's second Hitachi 1200 high reach demolition rig to be modified by Kocurek. The first also has a Kocurek boom, in its case with a pin height of 50 m (164 ft).
