Ac acquires lifton

Atlas Copco has acquired fellow hand—held and mounted hydraulic breaker manufacturer Lifton. The company is headquartered in Denmark, with a factory in Bulgaria. It has annual sales of SEK 55 million (€6 million) and employs 141 people. The purchase price was not disclosed.
