Platform positioning flexibility within a maximum 37 m working height and 28 m outreach is a key feature of Anton Ruthmann's new 18 t GVW, 500 kg capacity Steiger T 370. Its lower boom telescopes 12.1 m and rotates through 500°, the upper boom telescopes 3.7 m and articulates through 180° and a 1.8 m cage arm articulates also through 180° to position a 3.6 x 0.9 m extendable cage. Ruthmann has also strived to maximize site accessibility; a stowed length of 8.8 m, a 4.8 m wheelbase, and high-stroke outrigger jacks enhance the vehicle's manoeuvrability and positioning flexibility. Delivery time for the unit is currently four months.
