Planet Platforms in the UK is selling a new trailer mounted scissor lift following an agreement with US company Portable Lift Equipment Inc (PLE) to import its scissor packs. PLE makes two trailer mounted scissors in North America. The TP9000 platform has a maximum working height of around 9 m and is using the larger of the two scissor packs manufactured by PLE. The scissor pack is imported and assembled on the trailer in the UK by Planet Platforms. PLE, based in Beresford, South Dakota, sells its scissors both for commercial applications and as camouflaged hunting stands.
