JLG has introduced a new scissor lift attachment for handling pipes and ducts weighing up to 1000 lb 460 kg). TheSkyPositioner, seen at the Rental Show and Conexpo exhibitions and available worldwide on the 3394RT and 4394RT models, uses adjustable jacks to allow operators to lift pipe or ducting up to 78 in (1.98 m) above the scissor deck for positioning. The system can handle pipes with diameters as large as 8 in (0.2 m) and ducts up to 49 in (1.24 m).
