ALE buys DSD from Alstom

Heavy lifting and specialized heavy transport engineering specialist Abnormal Load Engineering has completed the acquisition of the Distribution Services Division (DSD) from Alstom Power Service UK. DSD will be integrated into ALE, which will continue to offer the full range of DSD services.

The DSD fleet of heavy installation equipment that includes conventional modular axles, heavy duty trucks and transporter frame trailers is used for general and heavy transport, heavy lifting, shipping and forwarding services for the power, electricity transmission, manufacturing and related industries.
