Effective January 1, 2007, JCB has announced that Graeme Macdonald (pictured) will take over as president of JCB Inc. – The Americas. Formerly international sales director for the company, Macdonald will oversee operations in North and South/Latin America. Macdonald succeeds Helmut Peters, who after five years serving JCB in North America, is stepping down as president. The change comes as JCB starts to manufacture telehandlers in the US for the first time. See full report on page 30.
