US attachment specialist Allied Gator made use of the recent World of Concrete trade show in Las Vegas to launch its latest multi–tool to the industry. The MTR 15 is the latest to join the company's MT series of rotating and non rotating units.

When sporting its shear jaw set, the maximum jaw opening is 16 in (406 mm), and when the cracker crusher jaw set is fitted, maximum jaw opening is 27 in (686 mm).

llied Gator says that the tool is ideal for use on 10 to 15 ton carriers that can provide a rated hydraulic flow of 50 gal/min.

The MTR 15 will be followed by a second new tool at the bottom of the existing range, in the shape of the 800 lb (364 kg) MTR 5, later this year.
