According to Amman-Yanmar's dealer for the Hamburg area of Germany, it commands a 70% share of the mini excavator market.“Ammann-Yanmar has been particularly successful with the new 1.5 and 1.7 tonne short swing radius mini-excavators from the SV range. The rear swing radius of the machines is around 250 mm shorter than on other comparable models, while the excavators remain at least just as stable. This is our best sales argument,” Dirk Carstensen, sales manager at HKL Baumaschinen in Hamburg said.
