Spanish rental company Alquiler de Maquinaria Rentaire (AMR) has expanded its fleet with the purchase of 10 new S450 skid-steer loaders from manufacturer Bobcat.

AMR, which is headquartered in Madrid and has branches in Seville, Avila, Segovia, Guadalajara and Toledo, purchased the new loaders from Centrocar España, the local dealer for the Bobcat, Doosan Heavy and Doosan Portable Power product ranges.

The new order followed the rental company’s purchase of another 10 S450 skid-steer loaders from Centrocar España in 2014, and expanded the Bobcat fleet at AMR to 29 machines, including eight S130 models and a 753 skid-steer loader.

AMR manager Raúl Ferreiro said, “We chose this particular model because it’s a compact, fast machine and with very good performance. It’s basically all/everything the actual market is demanding. Moreover it can move very precisely in tight spaces.

“On top of all these strong features and characteristics of the machine, there’s also the high resale value of Bobcat compact loaders. The Bobcat brand is well recognised in our industry - users associate it with high quality. Hence it was a very easy decision to make to buy more Bobcat products.”
