ITT Flygt has a range of stainless steel pumps for applications in corrosive and mildly abraslve conditions to its range of submersible pumps.

The 2700 range consists of three drainage pumps and three sclids handling pumps, and are specifically designed for pumping applications where acid or alkaline liquids have to be handled. All are available for 50 or 60 Hz with typical applications including acid mine drainage, and utility drainage on landfull sites.

“Our new pumps have been developed and tested for pumping liquids, sludge and suspensions in extremely tough and demanding environments,” says Michael Hjlem, ITT Flygt business development manager. “The new 2700 pump range offer flexible and cost-effective dewatering solutions where, for example, cast iron or aluminium pumps could lead to limited lifetime because of corrosion, chemical attacks or low abrasion resistarce,”

ITT Flygt's 2700 pump range is designed for use in corrosive conditions.
