PRE-REGISTRATION

Visitors can pre-register for free entrance to the APEX exhibition. Pre-registration can be done via www.Apexshow.com, under the button: Visitors Information, Pre-registration.

SHOW OPENING HOURS

Wednesday 17 September: 10:00 - 18:00 hrs
Thursday 18 September: 9:30 - 18:00 hrs
Friday 19 September: 9:30 - 17:00 hrs

APEX CONFERENCE

Wednesday 17 September: 9.30am - 2.45pm
Conference hall at the entrance to the exhibition.

If you do not want to book your room on-line, you can use a printable reservation form (downloaded from the show website). Print the form and return it to the Maastrich Booking Service. MBS will make your reservation and send you a confirmation immediately.
