Articulated boom launch from Teupen

Teupen will present its new LEO21GT articulated, telescopic tracked platform at bauma. The model has a 12 m outreach at 21 m working height and a 250 kg capacity basket.

“The high basket load and huge outreach are achieved thanks to several innovations in lightweight steel construction, together with state-of-the-art forming and welding processes,” commented Tobias Ritzenhoefer, Teupen director of research and design.

With a length of 6.4 m with basket, or 5 m without basket, the machine has a width of 0.98 m and a height of 1.99 m, and can move through narrow doorways, said the company. Total weight is 2950 kg.
