Aggreko has won US$30 million rental contracts for the 2010 Asian Games and Asian Para Games.

The two events are being staged in Guangzhou, China, with the Asian Games taking place on 12-27 November and the Para Games on 12-19 December.

Aggreko said it will provide around 65 MW of power for the competitions' 16 stadia and the International Broadcast Centre. It will also support the opening and closing ceremonies.
