Germany-based rental company Auto-Klug has added a second Grove GMK3055 all terrain crane to its fleet following increased demand for the model from clients.

The three-axle GMK3055 all terrain crane offers a 55 tonne capacity and a 2.55 m wide carrier and is less than 9 m long. It includes Grove's Megatrak independent suspension system and all-wheel steering. The crane's 43 m boom can be used with a lattice extension, increasing reach to just over 60 m.

The new GMK3055 was presented to Auto-Klug at the Grove plant in Niella Tanaro, northern Italy, where the crane is built.

The Bavarian firm, which also operates offices in Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, has a fleet of 41 mobile cranes, including 12 Krupp and Grove cranes.
