Barin ABC 110/L underbridge unit in Taipei City, Taiwan

Barin has supplied an underbridge inspection unit to the Taiwan highway authority.

The ABC 110/L is being used by the Directorate General of Highways MOTC for the maintenance of bridges in Taipei City, the capital of Taiwan.

Manufactured in Italy, the ABC 110/L is mounted on a Mercedes Benz 2636 Actros truck chassis. It has an underbridge working depth of 7.1 m and working length of 11 m. The maximum width is 2.5 m and can negotiate footpaths up to 2.3 m wide and wind/noise barriers up to 1.6 m high.

The model started work in Taipei at the beginning of May.
