Show organisers and VIPs at the traditional Indian lamp-lighting ceremony to mark the opening of bC India 2014.

bC India, which has seen three trade shows since 2011, has changed its name to Bauma ConExpo India, and will be held at a new venue.

The change was made following a joint decision between Messe München and AEM – the two partners for the show. The fourth International trade show for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines and construction vehicles will take place between December 12 and 15 next year, at the Huda Ground in Delhi.

Igor Palka, CEO of Bauma ConExpo India, said, “The north of India is still a highly interesting region. With the Huda Ground in Delhi we have found an event venue in a very good location. The airport and many hotels are quick and easy to reach. Also directly at the Huda Ground is a metro station.”

The last trade show took place in December 2014, which attracted 26,018 visitors from 25 countries.
