Board changes at NCC

Mats Guldbrand has informed the nomination committee at NCC that he is to stand down from the board of directors at the 2010 Annual General Meeting.

A statement from NCC said, "In view of Mr Guldbrand's decision, the committee has proposed the re-election of Tomas Billing, Antonia Axlson Johnson, Ulf Holmlund, Ulla Litzén and Marcus Storch. The committee also proposes that the Annual General Meeting elect Christoph Vitzthum as a new member of the board to replace Mr Guldbrand."

Mr Vitzthum is a member of the Finnish industrial group Wärtsilä Oyj and is head of the Wärtsilä Services business area.
