Justin Boessen, Budrovich’s new head of operations over the central Missouri region and who worked as a crane operator for decades, facilitated the sale of the 30-year old family business. He said the primary focus of the transition so far had been updating equipment and its fleet.

“We’re transforming the location and facility, upgrading equipment and making sure everything we have and use is safe,” said Boessen. “We’re focused on making sure the team feels comfortable and trying to make a home for everybody.”
