Caterpillar will unveil its 336H hybrid excavator

Together with its German dealer, Zeppelin Baumaschinen, Caterpillar will exhibit more than 70 machines at the Bauma show in three different exhibition areas totalling over 12,000 m3.

The manufacturer will use the event to introduce its hybrid excavator – the 336H – which features new hydraulic technology developed by Caterpillar.

In addition, the 988K wheeled loader will also be showcased – a machine that boasts a US Tier 4 Final/EU Stage IV-compliant engine and is said to offer offers up to 20% greater fuel efficiency compared to the previous model.

The 966K XE wheeled loader will also be among the machines on display, as well as the D7E electric drive dozer, the D6K2 dozer, four mini excavators (the 302.2D, 302.4D, 301.7D and 308E2) and the 444F backhoe loader.

In addition, Caterpillar’s recently-introduced 318E hydraulic excavator and M313D wheeled excavator, 120M2 AWD motor grader and 91-tonne capacity 777G off-highway truck will be on show.

Caterpillar will also be highlighting its technology and support services at the show, including its grade control machine guidance system and its Product Link and Vision Link remote monitoring and fleet management systems
