Chanda Cement Works gets Liebherr AT

ACC’s Chanda Cement Works in India has taken delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1130-5.1 all terrain crane.

The Chandrapur, Nagpur-based company is part of the Holcim Group. The 130 tonner was handed over during the first week of July 2013 at the Chanda works. It is the first one to be purchased by Holcim Group in India, a company spokesperson said.

Since the handover, Liebherr said it has received an order for a further two units for Ambuja cements’ Bhatapara unit and ACC Cement’s Wadi unit, also subsidiaries of the Holcim Group.
