Equipment manufacturer Chicago Pneumatic has introduced a new diesel generator range developed for the construction industry.

The CPDG (Chicago Pneumatic Diesel Generator) comes in a 50Hz and a 60Hz version with a rated prime power output of 13kVA up to 100kVA at 50Hz and 16kVA up to 116kVA at 60Hz. The generator is equipped with a Perkins engine and a Leroy-Somer alternator.

A central reinforced structure protects the engine and electrical cabinet, while forklift slots and a standard lifting eye make the unit easy to transport.

A wide range of customizable options is available, including cold weather kit and a fuel filter with a water separator.

The CPDG range is now available in Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
