Italian manufacturer CMC says that it is putting its efforts into creating machines which are higher performing and easy to operate. Two new machines, which can be seen at Bauma are said to demonstrate the results of these efforts.

A new truck mounted aerial platform offering a 24 m working height on a 3.5 t chassis cab and a new 24 m crawler mounted aerial platform.

The new truck mount has a steel structure and an electro-hydraulically actuated boom with a maximum outreach of 11 m.

The SUP24 crawler mounted platform, was shown as a prototype at SAIE 2009, it has 14 m maximum outreach, basket rotation +/-90° and maximum gradeability of 26%. In travel position it is 877mm wide and 1971 mm high.
