The two axle LTM 1040-2.1 wheeled mobile telescopic crane will be joined by a second unit in early 2019. Both will have the VarioBase outrigger system which has particular benefit when working in confined spaces. Crowland bought its first Liebherr cranes in 2016.

Commenting on his latest purchase Peter Issitt, Crowland Cranes managing director, said, “Since our first purchase back in 2016, we now operate a total of seven Liebherr machines, operating from our three locations in East Anglia. We are pleased with the developing relationship between Crowland and Liebherr-Great Britain. This includes the good service and product support provided by the team at Biggleswade.”
