Italian equipment manufacturer CTE saw a 73% increase in output for May across a number of its models, including B-Lift, B-Fire, Traccess and Zed.

During the month, CTE produced 101 aerial platforms - a record for the company. It added that there has been growth throughout 2013. The first five months of the year saw a 36% increase in production, amounting to 440 aerial work platforms.

For the full year 2013, the company is forecasting growth of 30% in output, which would see 1300 platforms rolling off the production line.
