Italian manufacturer CTE has delivered a Traccess 230 track mounted aerial platform to Kanson Crane & Heavy Transport for use in a shopping mall in Hong Kong for general maintenance and cleaning.

Local distributor Modern (Int'l) P & M Holdings brokered the sale. The Traccess 230 reaches 23 m working height with an outreach of 12 m and has a loading capacity of 200 kg. Its small size, measuring just 78 cm wide and 1.99 m high, means that it can go through doors and work in small spaces, said the company.

The Traccess 230 offered a 2.1 m jib at a positive angle of 10° for the job. Its Z shape boom means that the machine has zero tail swing, which is also suited to work in confined spaces, added CTE.
