David Hopper, director of operations at Terex AWP EMEAR

Terex AWP (Aerial Work Platforms) has appointed David Hopper as director of operations, EMEAR (Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia).

In his new position, Mr Hopper takes on additional responsibility for the customer service function, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), order planning, operations, as well as logistics and distribution for machines and parts in the region.

Mr Hopper has worked for Terex AWP since 2008, most recently as director of Terex Management System for EMEAR and UK Operations. He has previously worked in senior management and consultative roles for several large blue chip companies such as Nissan, VW, Vodafone, Hewlett Packard and DHL Exel Logistics.

Based in Grantham, UK, Mr Hopper will report to Joe George, vice-president and managing director of Terex AWP, EMEAR.
