The award – organised by the US National Demolition Association (NDA) – honours the late Mike Casbon, who the NDA says contributed significantly to its Foundations of Demolition Management courses; was a member of the association’s Education, Safety, and Government Affairs Committee; and won the NDA Hall of Fame award in 2019.

The NDA added that the intention of this award is to recognise companies who have demonstrated excellence in safety, and it encourages members of all sizes to participate.

More details are available at the NDA website.

Entrants are advised that their application requires the submission of an OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 300A form summarising work-related injuries and illnesses for 2022.
