Italian dust suppression equipment manufacturer Tower Light has added to its Gladiator range through the introduction of the Dust Fighter model, which is available in two versions, the DF 3000 and the DF8000.

The DF 3000 is a 3 kW model with a water consumption of 5-12 litres/min, with a dust suppression range from 20 m (66 ft) up to 30 m (99 ft) and weighs in at 300 kg (660 lb). The more powerful 20 kW DF 8000 has a water consumption of 40-90 litres/min and its range is from 40 m (131 ft) up to 60 m (199 ft). It weighs in at 500 kg (1,100 lb).

Both units are mounted on a two-wheel undercarriage with a tow bar and are both available with either manual or automatic oscillation systems. A particulate filter means that these dust suppression tools can make use of either potable or non-potable water supplies.
