Dingli innovations at Bauma China

By Euan Youdale02 December 2020

There were a range of new products on Dingli’s stand at Bauma China, which took place in Shanghai last week, including the manufacturer’s previously-reported large electric boom range.

Among them were the 100% electric AMWP7-8100 vertical mast lift and the OPT0507 stock picker, which offer direct electric drive and no hydraulic components. The models are battery-powered and include an electric platform riser, instead of the traditional hydraulic oil cylinder. The platforms have been designed for increasing applications in warehouses, supermarkets and other areas with narrow aisles.

Another launch at the show was Dingli’s 26.1m lifting height glass installation boom, with a carrying capacity of 500kg or 800kg, using either magnetic or air suction attachment, respectively. The manufacturer also had a new crawler scissor lift on its stand and a rail mounted boom lift, with an integrated wheel chassis.

These were joined by the large lithium battery-powered self propelled boom range and AC scissor ranges, as previously reported by AI. The lithium booms cover the working height range of 24.3m - 30.3m, with a maximum basket capacity of 454kg. The new dual AC, HA scissor lift series, again covers the full working height range of the manufacturer’s scissor lift range.
