Doll forecasts €70 million turnover for 2012

26 November 2012

German transport solutions manufacturer Doll Fahrzeugbau has announced it forecasts its 2012 annual turnover to reach €70 million.

Doll attributes its success to the introduction in 2009 of the Doll Panther running gear technology, which created a double-wishbone suspension for the heavy haulage industry.

The German authorities approve the Panther running gear as a divided axle. This means operators can apply for a 12 tonne axle load permit.

Doll, which employs more than 420 people at its Oppenau and Mildenau operations, offers a range of hydraulically steered and extendable trailers, and trailers with fixed and friction-steered axles.

The company markets its products mainly to Poland and other East European countries, as well as to its domestic market.
