Multitel will launch two truck mounts at Bauma, both mounted on 3.5 tonne chassis.

The Multitel MT 204 is a development of the MT 162 EX with telescopic boom offering 300kg payload in the cage. The MT 204 has a 20.4m working height and up to 14m of outreach.

Outriggers are H-frame and can be deployed within the vehicle, extended on one side only or extended on both sides. In narrow jacking mode the MT 204 has a generous 10m of working outreach and full working height. Even with 300kg in the cage in narrow jacking mode the MT 204 offers close to 6m outreach and the full 20.4m of working height.

Controls are fully proportional with cross over joysticks as standard. Single button automatic outrigger levelling is also standard as is 90 degree each way cage rotation. Cab protection and single button return to centre are also standard while a single “go home” button to automatically stow the unit is optional. In transit the MT 204 is designed ot be compact with a length of 6.3m.

The second model, the Multitel MJ 226, is an upgrade of the MJ 201, with telescopic fly jib.It has a 22.6m of working height and up to 12.3m of outreach. Payload on the MJ 226 is 250 kg.

An optional 4x4 chassis for the MJ 226 is in development and will be exhibited on distributor Access Industries' stand at the APF Exhibition in the UK in September 2016.
