Dozing on the M5

Sub-Contractor M J Church is using a New Holland D180 dozer (20 tonnes/134 kW) on the M5 motorway close to Bristol, UK.

The improvement scheme, in two sections, involves construction of 5,9 km of climbing lanes southbound on Naish Hill and northbound on Tickenham Hill, at a cost of over UK£ 28 million(€ 40 million). Work started on the project in October 2005 and is scheduled for completion by the middle of 2006.
