Easy Lift grows Gran Canarias fleet

Maquinas Opein

Spanish rental company and construction machinery distributor Maquinas Opein is adding further Easy Lift spider platforms to its fleet.

Based in Las Palmas, Gran Canarias, Maquinas Opein took ownership of four R130 spider lifts in May this year and is now adding three more units.

The R130 tracked aerial platform is part of the Easy Lift range of small spiders, reaching a working height of 12.2m and offering an outreach of 6.5m with a basket load capacity of 200kg, a jib rotation of 90 degrees and a basket rotation of 180 degrees.

Maquinas Opein ordered these new units with non-marking tracks, suitable for working on delicate surfaces inside buildings, including for maintenance and construction. These new machines are also equipped with an inclinometer with acoustic alarm - an electronic sensor allows levels the machine at zero degrees ensure stability.

The R130 tracked platforms are popular in the Canary Islands due to their compactness, agility and versatility, said Easy Lift. The manufacturer added, “It is a pleasure to deliver these little spiders to the Canary Islands once again. Thanks to Maquinas Opein for the fruitful collaboration.”
