EGI-Klubb has launched its new E14P insulated platform – the first of the manufacturer’s newly redesigned series of insulated lifts for vehicle mounts ranging from 10 to 65 metres to be made available.

Currently being exhibited at the Show Electrical Nets of Russia, the E14P insulated lift is said to fulfil utility company’s continuous power expectations during the maintenance or construction of distribution grids.

Julien Bourrellis, president of EGI subsidiary Klubb, said, “We have been working for one year to redesign EGI-Klubb Group products. It’s a great achievement to launch this new model of insulated platform with our partner, Safe Technology, in Russia.

“These models combine the best of EGI and Klubb’s technical know-how. They are already available for order and our customers’ feedback is very positive about these new best of breed products for utilities”.

ANSI compliant up to 92.2 standard category B and C, the E14P is insulated up to 46kV and has a 14 m working height with a 7.5 m outreach.

EGI-Klubb said the platform had been designed for operations carried out in accordance with ANSI’s live working method: ‘hot stick’ (safe clearance).
