UK engine distributor Engines Plus Ltd has launched a new range of power generators aimed at the UK construction, rental and outside event markets.

The new EP Generators have been designed in conjunction with Sutton Power Engineering. The line up encompasses a power band of 9.7, 14.5, 23.1 and 30.0 kVA sets powered by Isuzu diesel engines, coupled with Marelli alternators. Single and three-phase combinations are available.

Martyn Harris at EP Generators told IRN that the gensets would also be available for sale in export markets.

The new gensets offer protection for low oil and water, a long-run bunded fuel tank for extended running and single side maintenance for servicing, all fitted under a durable zintec acoustic canopy to keep noise levels to 57 dBA at 7 metres.

Add-on options include spark arrestors and Chalwyn valves for use in sensitive environments, such as oil and gas refineries, together with a range of customised control panels to suit individual configurations. The sets can be skid mounted or fitted onto a road-tow trailer.

EP Generators are also able to supply larger sets up to 2200kVA, which is based around the Onis Visa product range.
