ERA Future Group moves forward

The European Rental Association’s (ERA) Future Group held a workshop on 13 September, in a bid to move its ideas on securing young talent in the indutry forward.

The ERA’s Future Group met on 13 September.

The group, which is made up of 16 managers representing rental companies from across Europe, discussed a number of topics at its meeting, including job descritpions, best practices and digital implimentation.

There were an additional two representivies to the group.

The Future Group also reviewed the outcomes from the workshops organised at the last ERA Convention in May this year. The Convention focussed on ‘How to secure talent for the future’ for which the Future Group was directly involved.

The next meeting will take place on 24 January 2018, in Madrid, Spain, at the same venue as the Foro del Alquiler organised by ASEAMAC on 24 and 25 January.
