ERA puts spotlight on recruitment at annual convention

A panel discussion on recruitment in the rental industry featuring senior representatives from Boels Rental, United Rentals, Loxam, Cramo and HSS Hire will be one of the key events at the European Rental Association’s annual convention in Amsterdam on 2-4 May this year.

The theme of the Convention will be Securing talent for the future, and it takes place alongside the International Rental Exhibition (IRE) and APEX exhibition at the Amsterdam RAI venue.

The opening day of the event will see a panel discussion on the theme Tomorrow’s talent: how to compete with other industries, featuring the following panelists:

• Patrick Barrett, Director of Training and Development, United Rentals
• Pierre Boels, CEO, Boels Rental
• Domenico Campogrande, Director Social Affairs, European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC)
• Leif Gustafsson, CEO, Cramo
