ERA welcomes new members

The ERA is very pleased to welcome TESA Group and Perkins as new members! TESA Group has joined the ERA as a direct member through the rental activity of CGT Edilizia and Perkins as associate members.

TESA S.p.A. is the shareholder of the two companies CGT S.p.A. and CGT Edilizia S.p.A. Based in Varedo, Italy, CGT Edilizia SpA is the Caterpillar dealer for Italy and Malta, covering the territory through its ten direct branches and 40 sub-dealers. The company’s offer ranges from new to used and rental of light earthmoving and paving machines, as well as being an important player in the aerial sector. Much of CGT Edilizia’s used equipment comes from its own rental fleet rollouts, with limited working hours and in good condition.

Together with CGT Edilizia, CGT S.p.A. offers integrated sales solutions, rental and assistance in extractive industries, major works, infrastructure, construction, power generation, oil & gas and naval mechanics. In Italy, CGT’s network covers 35 branches, 50 dealers and 18 authorized workshops.

Since 1990, CGT has also been a Caterpillar dealer in the Balkans with Teknoxgroup. CLS, specialisgin in logistics solutions, and CGT Trucks, specialising in road transport solutions, complete CGT’s range of services.
