Specialist demolition contractor beelen sloopwerken B.V has used three Rubble Master RM80s to recycle demolition waste in Veghel, the Netherlands.

The tracked RM80s were used to crush over 65000 tonnes of steel reinforced concrete at a large animal feed factory, which included several feed silos, each over 30 m high, and the main factory building.

Fed by three Hyundai excavators, from 20 to 50 tonnes operating weight, each of the RM80’s OS80 screening systems produced 70 tonnes of 0 to 45 mm rubble per hour. Key to Beelen choosing the RM80 was its low environmental impact. Fitted with RubbleMaster’s Enviro package, which reduces noise and dust, the RM80 had little impact on the site workers, or on business and residents working and living close-by.
