Faymonville pushes Cometto brand

Faymonville has stated there will be an increased focus on customer service with its newly acquired Cometto brand

Following the acquisition of Italian trailer manufacturer Cometto by Luxembourg-based secialized transport equipment manufacturer Faymonville earlier this year, Faymonville has announced a number of new initiatives to push the Cometto brand.

Faymonville claimed it has already redesigned Cometto’s service and aftersales offerings, setting up a 24/7 service hotline to provide customers with practical assistance around the clock. It also states that global spare parts delivery will be significantly improved from now on.

Faymonville also said Cometto will benefit from its management and expertise in a number of ways, including an improved production process and more research and development.

To mark its new customer focused management, Faymonville has officially renamed Cometto as ‘Cometto S.p.A’ and created a new Cometto company motto: ‘propelled to the max.’
