Austrian lifting and specialized transport service provider Felbermayr is opening a new facility at Sulzemoos, Dachau County, in Germany.

Felbermayr’s subsidiaries, Wimmer Maschinentransporte and Hagn Umwelttechnik, will move into the new buildings. The new facility covers 7,000 square metres and will have a two-storey office building with 1,000 square metres of floor space and a storage with adjoining work shop, measuring 4,500 and 1,600 square metres. The facility is due to open in May 2016.

Horst Felbermayr, Felbermayr managing director, said, “We are very glad to be able to implement this project in co-operation with the Municipality of Sulzemoos. Two factors made us opt for the Municipality of Sulzemoos which is located some 30 kilometres north-west of Munich: its excellent strategic location and the outstanding collaboration with its mayor and the municipality’s other representatives.”
